Namor the Sub-Mariner was one of the first Marvel superheroes, created in 1939. Namor was the first mutant of the Marvel heroes, the mutant son of a human sea captain and of a princess from the mythical undersea city of Atlantis. Namor possesses aquatic and airborne abilities along with many more super hero powers with which he seeks his vengeance against surface dwellers who have committed wrong doings against his undersea kingdom.
