  1. Forgot your password?

    If you can't remember your password please give us a call on 00 800 24 67 92 61 UK (Freephone) - you'll speak to a member of our friendly customer service team, who will ask you a series of security questions. Upon passing this verification you will be emailed a new password.

    Should you wish to change your new password to something more memorable, simply log into the InterCasino software and:

    Change password

    • Visit the cashier
    • Select the 'Personal Options' tab at the top towards the right
    • Select 'Change Password' in the Personal Options drop down menu
    • Change your password as instructed
  2. How do I update my ECash Personal Option, for example change my username, address or password.

    For your security, we are unable to update any player account information.

    You can update your own information and modify your account preferences by going to Personal Options from the main ECash screen. The drop down menu will allow you to select which information you need to change.

    Please note: your name and date of birth cannot be altered after initial account set-up. To change these, you will need to open a new account with the correct information and contact us to close the old account and transfer any funds.

    Please note: you cannot change your address details if you have over £20 in your account.

  3. How can I close my InterCasino account?

    To suspend or close your account, please e-mail accounts@ecashdirect.net

    Include in your e-mail:

    • Your account number
    • Your username
    • Your address

    Please allow 2-3 working days for your account to be closed down. You will be informed by one of our representatives when this has been done.

  4. How do I transfer funds from one account to another?

    To transfer funds or comp points from one account to another, please e-mail accounts@ecashdirect.net, giving us the account numbers of both accounts and details of what you wish to transfer.

  5. How do I access my account information?

    To request information regarding your account, please contact Players' Help on:

    Please include the name and address on your account so that we can verify it.

  6. How do I activate my account remotely?

    You can play InterCasino on any remote PC you choose using your own account details.

    InterCasino Version4 PLUS - Click on "Register" and check the box marked "Restore access to the account you have registered before". Then click "continue". Type in your details as requested, click "submit" and log in as usual.

    InterCasino GE - Click on "Activate". Type in your account details as requested, click "Submit" and log in as usual.
