My game keeps freezing and won't load properly. How can I rectify this?
A game will freeze or sometimes not load at all if your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. Please check to see if this is the case.
Screen freezing and inability to load may also be caused by problems with your video card or a lack of the correct video card drivers.
Please try the following if you are experiencing this problem:
- Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/downloads/
- Set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 and your colour to High Colour 16 bit. (You can do this by right clicking on your desktop, going to "properties", then "settings" and then adjusting the resolution and the colour).
- Click on "Game Settings" from the lower left hand corner of the casino software main page and uncheck the voice, sound and animation boxes.
- Check that you have the most recent updates to your Windows Program by visiting http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp.
- NB. If you are using Windows XP, you may need to disable any firewall product in order to play InterCasino. To get details on how to do this, click here.

How do I connect on-line with InterCasino?
- Connect to the internet via your ISP.
- Launch InterCasino by double clicking on the desktop icon.
- If you get the error message "Can't establish a connection with the server", check your internet connection by launching your browser and visiting any website.
- If you are unable to make a connection, please contact your ISP for assistance.

Does InterCasino work with every ISP, including AOL, Prodigy and Compuserve?
InterCasino should work with any ISP that uses 100% compatible TCP/IP protocol. Most do, but you should contact your ISP to make sure.

I was disconnected in the middle of a game. What should I do?
Re-connect to InterCasino and you will be able to resume your game at the exact point you left.
Please be patient - it may take several minutes for the server to update your files.
