  1. I deposited funds on the 1st of the month. Why didn't I receive my Match Deposit Bonus?

    The ECash Direct server runs on Eastern Standard Time (EST). The new bonus can therefore only be received from midnight EST onwards on the first day of the month.

  2. How do I know if I've met the wager requirements to collect my bonus?

    To check on your wager amount, select "Games" and then "Log Viewer".

    You will be shown a list of all the games you have played and how much you have wagered during each logged in session. Check the specific promotion to find out the wagering information.

  3. I haven't received my Match Deposit Bonus. Why not?

    InterCasino policy allows only one account per household, PC or linked accounts to receive the match deposit bonus, per calendar month. The first person on a computer who makes a deposit will qualify only.

    Please note: Casino promotional funds cannot be transferred to the poker game. They can only be accessed via the casino and bingo games.

    In order to qualify you must meet the set match deposit requirements.
