Fire and Ice extravaganza again sponsored by CryptoLogic

The 2007 Fire and Ice online gaming event will again be sponsored by software provider CryptoLogic, event organisers have announced.

The event, now in its seventh year, has witnessed extraordinary growth levels since the inaugural Fire and Ice party, and will take place in 2007 on January 24th at Paper and Glass in London.

The party offers delegates and VIP guests the chance to relax after the International Casino Exhibition (Ice), which will be held in Earl's Court on the same date.

"With the help from our sponsors, Fire and Ice 2007 is going to be the hottest iGaming party of the year," said Jodie Thind of organiser Lyceum Media.

CryptoLogic executives suggested that the deal would spark off a great year for the company.

"As a company that models itself on innovation, we are always looking for new and inventive ways to generate brand awareness," outlined Justin Thouin, casino software vice president at CryptoLogic.

"Last year's Fire and Ice complimented the launch of our Marvel Games, this year, through our new game and licensee launches, the impact will be ten fold," Mr Thouin added.
