Online gaming software provider CryptoLogic has announced that it has agreed terms with William Hill regarding the provision of internet gambling software to the bookmaker.
Following a successful partnership stretching back seven years, the two firms have signed a deal extending the contract to the end of 2009, with provisions being put in place for further expansion.
Emerging markets will also be explored in tandem, with the firms' Greek website set to be complemented by a new Spanish language online gaming venue.
Both companies will also work together in order to gain full potential from new UK gambling regulations, which come into effect from September next year.
CryptoLogic has also said that incentives will be provided for further gaming innovation and activity, in line with expected rises in online gambling over the course of the next three years.
"While much of the online gaming world has only recently started paying attention to the UK and continental Europe, we have been focusing our attention on these markets for the past five years," said CryptoLogic president and chief executive Lewis Rose.
"Our relationship with William Hill exemplifies our strength in the region and the success of our strategy," Mr Rose announced.
