The second leg of the Grosvenor casino UK poker tour has been held in Walsall, UK, with online gamblers continuing to prove their expertise at all forms of the game.
Eventual winner Jerome Bradpiece qualified online for the event, which ended with the Londoner taking home over £120,000, as well as a seat in the tour's grand final, which will be held in his home city at the end of the year.
The £121,600 prize was won after a heads-up clash with Billy Ngo &ndash another player to have qualified via an online venue, and who secured around £55,000 for his second place position.
The tour will be aired on Channel 4 later this year, but the pressure of being under the glare of the cameras seems not to have affected the television debutants.
Both Bradpiece and Ngo managed to see off some of the UK's most notable poker players, including former Late Night Poker star Pete Evans, Online-Casinos.com has reported.
