The maker of a film about the famous Casino venue in Leigh, Lancashire has called for those who attended the site to send in pictures of some of the famous acts that played there.
Bernard Manning, the Beatles and Gerry and the Pacemakers were among the celebrities to have performed at the Cas during its existence and Chris Miller told This Is Lancashire he would like people to contribute what they have from these events before July 1st.
"It will be a great film about the good times at the club," said Mr Miller, who was "really saddened" to hear the casino was to be demolished.
One person who may have stuff to contribute is Win Brierley, who danced at the club for a number of years.
Ms Brierley told This Is Lancashire in January last year that she hoped the building would "be saved for posterity" and mentioned that she mixed with a number of people from show business at the site.
