Poker players from the UK are doing well so far at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas.
James Akenhead, Roland De Wolfe and Peter Gould have all reached final tables in tournaments and Ian Frazer and Neil Channing will be strong contenders when they line up for day two of event nine tomorrow.
There has yet to be a British bracelet winner so far, however, and the group of players from the UK to own one of the prestigious prizes still remains very exclusive.
Included in this list are Ram Vaswani, who won last year, Praz Bansi, John Gale and Dave Ulliott.
De Wolfe is perhaps the biggest of the UK bunch never to have won a bracelet.
The Londoner holds a European Poker Tour title and a World Poker Tour crown, a feat achieved by few players.
Channing might be a good bet to get there before him, however.
He has been in impressive form this year and has already won more than £600,000 in the 2008 Irish Poker Open.
