Poker pros head to London

Some of the top names in the poker world are to head to London's Leicester Square on August 15th and 16th for the Poker in the Park event.

Illustrious figures such as Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott and Tony Holden will be in attendance at the two-day poker festival.

Ulliott will discuss image and how to dominate the table, bully other players and use table talk to your advantage.

Holden plans to give a reading from his latest book, Bigger Deal.

Around 25,000 people are expected to turn up to buy poker books and merchandise and attend lectures held by some of the sports biggest stars.

Michael Caselli, editor-in-chief of Bluff Europe, commented: "This year's event will show why poker has become the global phenomenon it is today, and we're looking forward to two days of poker madness."

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe will be in London from September 19th to October 2nd at a number of London Clubs International-owned venues.

Entrants will be able to play HORSE, pot-limit Omaha and the main event discipline, no-limit Texas hold'em.
