The Fox Poker Club (FPC) that is scheduled to open its doors in London later this year will not be a carbon copy of the Dusk Till Dawn (DTD) venue in Nottingham.
At least this is according to its director of operations Ian Thompson, who said while his company will be looking to emulate DTD in some respects, it will differ from it too.
DTD became the first licensed poker club to begin operating in the UK in 2008 and FPC is set to follow suit by providing the nation's capital with its first entirely poker-based venture.
One difference is already clear to see even before the new location opens up to the general public - it is set to feature a restaurant, something which is missing from DTD.
"Nottingham's DTD is a model that we seek to be similar to but we will have our own innovations," Mr Thompson remarked.
