Gallery of Champions unveiled at DTD

A picture gallery featuring 36 of the world's best-known card sharps in caricature form has been unveiled at the UK's first ever dedicated poker room, the Dusk Till Dawn (DTD) poker lounge in Nottingham.

Alex Haines created the paintings, which include Phil Ivey, Allen Cunningham, Barry Greenstein, Eric Seidel, Phil Hellmuth, Chris Ferguson, Doyle Brunson, Mike Matusow, Jennifer Tilly and Gus Hansen.

These ten players alone have 51 World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets between them and eight World Poker Tour (WPT) titles.

With Scotty Nguyen, Johnny Chan, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, Carlos Mortensen and Howard Lederer also among the famous faces, the number of WSOP bracelets between the 36 is close to 100, while the WPT title count is well into double figures.

All of the portraits were done after receiving permission from the card sharps in Las Vegas.

The gallery is located on one single wall at DTD in close proximity to the smoking enclosure.
