Two women from the poker world will be exchanging the familiar felt for the boxing ring for a charity bout in Las Vegas.
Liv Boeree, who has cashed twice at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and has reported on a variety of top poker events, will be clashing with PokerNews writer Melissa Castello.
Boeree has the edge at the felt with more than $154,000 (£94,000) in major live tournament winnings compared to Castello's meagre $361
With an extra three inches in height and eight pounds in weight, the Englishwoman appears to have the edge over her opponent in the ring as well as at the poker table.
Commenting on her opponent's superior stats, Castello said: "I'm just going to have to focus on kicking her ass in other ways."
The event will take place at Barry's Boxing Centre in Las Vegas and the money raised from the clash will go towards Boeree's chosen cause, the Marie Curie Cancer Trust and the Haemophilia Foundation of Southern California, which was selected by Castello.
