The competition will be hosted by reality TV star and World Series of Poker bracelet winner Annie Duke and actor Don Cheadle.
It will take place on July 2nd in Las Vegas and funds raised will be donated to Refugees International.
Among those who are likely to attend the event are poker professionals Phil Hellmuth, Andy Bloch and Howard Lederer.
Other celebrities, such as Ben Affleck, Brad Garrett and Matt Damon are also expected to be there.
Duke commented: "It is important to me to show people that it is possible to make a difference for the people of Darfur."
The night before the event, Duke's brother Lederer has organised another charity poker event, which will take place at the Golden Nugget and will be part of his annual World Series of Barbecue.
