The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Caesars Palace tournament has crowned its second gold ring winner in Randy Huberty.
The 54-year-old from Kentucky picked up a winner's cheque for $29,047 (£17,856) for his efforts, as well as gaining 50 points towards qualification for the upcoming WSOP Regional Championship and his coveted gold ring.
He came into the final table as a strong contender, with himself and three other players in relative close contention for the chip lead. Huberty was able ride his luck well throughout though and saw rival after rival fall before him, eventually resulting in him being crowned the winner.
Previously, Italian Guiseppe Biancoviso picked up the first gold ring of the tournament and $28,398.
The 28-year-old electrician from Florence, Italy took on more than 400 competitors in the event that was one of the largest to have been seen on the WSOP tour so far this season.
