InterCasino General Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotions are distributed by InterCasino to loyal players and new players. InterCasino encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of InterCasino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.

By accepting and gambling using a promotion, the player indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and agreed to. Please note that separate individual terms and conditions for the use of InterCasino apply and can be found by clicking the links available on the InterCasino website.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific terms of the promotion, promotions are available only once per InterCasino account, PC, person, family, household address, e-mail address and credit card number. InterCasino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (i.e.) university campuses, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.
Players from the following countries are eligible to participate in any InterCasino promotions: Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom.
Unless otherwise specifically set out in an applicable promotion, a promotion may not be used in combination with any other promotion scheme currently offered by InterCasino. Where multiple participation in promotions is permitted, InterCasino reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one player.
To be eligible to withdraw any bonus amount, players will be required to meet the wagering requirements set out in the specific promotion.
For each promotion, wagering requirements will only be counted on games which are compatible with the applicable promotion. All other games are excluded.
The following games DO NOT count towards wagering requirements: Pontoon, Single Deck Blackjack, Double Deck Blackjack, Superfun 21, Red Dog, Casino War, Texas Hold‘Em Bonus, Solitaire, Craps, Slot Tournaments, Baccarat or Baccarat Mini.

Game wagering contributions on all other games will be weighted according to the following game percentages:

Canadian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker or Let it Ride Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion. Australian players are not permitted to access Three Card Poker in order to meet the wagering requirement of any of promotion.
If participation in additional bonuses is permitted prior to a player meeting all the wager requirements of an existing promotion, any outstanding wager requirements of the original promotion will continue until the wager requirement is met.
If wagering requirements have not been met after 90 days after the commencement of a promotion, or such earlier time as may be indicated in a promotion, InterCasino reserves the right to remove the bonus from the player’s account.
Withdrawals may be subject to audit and/or identity verification before being processed. You may be requested to furnish proof of identification, address, age and/or proof of deposit. Failure to provide this information to InterCasino within 48 hours of a request being made may result in the bonus being withdrawn. InterCasino reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and/or close accounts in situations of blatant abuse or fraud.
Neither InterCasino, nor any of its suppliers and/or licensors, including without limitation, WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited, nor any of the foregoing’s respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and/or related companies, or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors, shall be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any promotion or any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the player.
InterCasino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse withdrawals, lock accounts and/or to deny payment of a promotional bonus due to player misuse, fraud or abuse or other actions contrary to these terms and conditions.
InterCasino reserves the right to refuse participation in any promotion, set such eligibility criteria for participation in a promotion as it seems fit and will be the sole judge of all promotions and any disputes relating thereto. Any person deviating from promotional rules may be disqualified. InterCasino reserves the right to end or amend any promotion at any time for any reason without giving notice.
InterCasino charges a dormancy fee to all inactive accounts. The fee is worked out according to the following tiered structure:
- a. From 91 to 180 inactive days - 2 units per month
- b. From 181 to 365 inactive days - 10 units per month
- c. From 366 or more inactive days - 35 units per month
Any fees payable to InterCasino for any reason, including dormancy fees to inactive accounts, may be deducted from any bonus amounts.
Unless specified in the specific promotion Terms and Conditions all bonuses have a default wagering requirement of 12 times the bonus plus deposit amount or 12 times the bonus amount if no deposit necessary.
Players are only permitted to partake in one promotion at any one time. In order to take part in an InterCasino promotion you must have no other active promotions in the casino.
In the interests of fair gaming, players may not place individual bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. For clarity, an individual bet relates to the total amount wagered on one spin of the roulette wheel, one dealer’s dealt game in table games or blackjack (double up in any individual hand is permitted), one deal of the cards in video poker (no matter how many hands are chosen to play with. Individual bet also relates to the total amount risked on any round played within both the bonus feature offered in bonus video poker, including winnings brought forward from subsequent rounds, and also any and all bets using the video poker double up feature or one spin of slots. InterCasino reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money and winnings without notice and lock all accounts of players found abusing this rule.

To qualify you must enter the bonus code and make an deposit of at least £100
Cash outs requested and subsequently cancelled during the tournament will not qualify as a deposit for this promotion. Only money deposited after the bonus code has been entered will count for this promotion
The tournament will run from 00:00 GMT 5th August 2010 and 23:59 GMT 12th August 2010
The winner will be the player who accumulates the most comp points during the promotional period

If two or more members accumulate the same amount of comp points during the tournament, then the player who reached this amount first will receive the higher bonus amount
Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the event ending (not at weekends) and their accounts credited accordingly
In selecting the winners, the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into
The winner will receive 5,000 bonus. 2nd place player will receive 2,500 bonus and 3rd place player will receive 1,000 bonus. All winning bonuses will have 20 times wagering requirements attached to them. Certain game exclusions apply; check full terms and conditions for further details.
At the end of the tournament, all participating players will receive a match deposit bonus. A bonus code and conditions will be emailed to eligible players within 48 hours of the tournament closure.
